About the Project
The Collin County ’40 Over 40 Project’ is an incredible initiative that celebrates the stories of women who have thrived beyond the age of 40. This project is a rich tapestry of life, love, and exceptional accomplishments, reminding us to celebrate our journey.
Our aim was clear—to challenge the media’s narratives, inspire younger generations with a more authentic depiction of life’s ongoing beauty, and empower women to embrace their unique stories with pride.
Be captivated by the vibrant stories and unyielding spirit of Collin County’s extraordinary women. The 40 Over 40 project unveils these inspiring individuals’ wisdom, resilience, and unique journeys, igniting a sense of connection and empowerment.

This amazing community celebration has been months in the making. The 40 incredible women we photographed for this project will unveil their portraits surrounded by friends, family and powerful women like YOU!
