We are in love with Emily Howe, owner of Petals Couture – a chic upscale flower boutique in McKinney, TX.    She’s sweet-as-sweet-tea, up on all the trends, and (surprisingly) down to earth. We can not stress enough how laid-back and amazing she is.

She refuses (yep, refuses) to straight-up copy a design off a photo (hallelujah) insisting you’ll love your florals much more if they are lovingly selected and personally arranged. That means, if you find something you love, she’ll one-up it!

The Texas Tech grad is incredibly genuine and giving.  She interned with Jordan Payne Events back in the day and uses her soft nature and learned planning skills to soothe anxious brides-to-be (and their planners)!  You’ll absolutely love her. Pinky promise.

2- Place to Eat: Square Burger in McKinney. “Their Mac & Cheese–Oh my god!”

3- Place to Shop: Watters Creek in Allen or the Historic Downtown McKinney. “I love going there”

4- Drink: “I don’t drink coffee, at all… I’m really bad about Root Beer and Coke!”

5- Piece of Jewelry – well, maybe her gorgeous new engagement ring!!! The day we visited her store Emily got engaged! Woo!!! Congrats to the lucky guy!
