But our favorite favorites aren’t just pretty, or useful, or smart…they’re all three!  They’re showstoppers. Really.  This month’s picks are useful, modern and fun.

So without further ado, here are September’s four (4) little luxuries:

Kate Spade Saturday, Smashbox, Origins, Jennasuemaps

1) Kate Spade’s pop-up store “Kate Spade Saturday” has this Half-Circle Scarf that you will love.  She features is on her website as a scarf (duh), skirt, hair/head scarf and even a top (yes, top).  The fun color had us sold, everything else was just a bonus.

2) Everyone always asks what kind of primer we recommend & is primer really necessary.  Listen, if you’ve never used primer and you’re happy with your routine then stick to it. Don’t change.  We were avid non-believers until we started using this Smashbox Photofinish Hydrating Primer.  Pores look small, skin looks dewey, and foundation lasts twice as long. Love it! It also looks great on camera!

3) Origins rarely lets us down.  However, price makes their brand an occasional luxury instead of an every night sort of thing…except for anything from their Calm Your Senses collection.  That stuff keeps everyone so zen.  Whether at home or at the studio, this is our go-to scent.  Their Body Suffle jars make super easy and luxe gift items that people just swoon over.

4) Speaking of great little gifts, pick up one of these for you and for a friend.  Etsy shop Jennasuemaps makes these Custom City Maps for the Modern Home.  Featured above is one of Dallas but she’s got Chicago, Disney World, Dubai…everything. So simple and so chic, these little prints are both abstract and practical.
